Michael A. Howe is the Prime Minister and head of the Howe Hospital and Ambulance Service (HHAAS). He also controls the HLA and HAF (Howe Land Army and Howe Air Force).
Chewey B.
Chewey Brooks is the boss of the Republic Fire Brigade (RFB) he controls the Howe Police Force (HPF).
